11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the CQ Platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Data Privacy Agreement.

This Data Privacy Agreement is effective as of the date you execute the Order Form Agreement for the CQ Platform services.
